Aera warrants that your Aera device will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for 1 year from the date of purchase on all verified purchases (verified purchases must include an Aera For Home order number to confirm purchase history). If you register for warranty through the free AeraForHome app, you will automatically receive a 3 year warranty on the same terms.
Aera will, at its option, repair or replace the Aera Device without charge if within the warranty time-frame. If a replacement device is necessary to service this warranty, it may be new or reconditioned. If a replacement device is sent it will carry a 1 year Warranty from the date of shipment. Aera will cover all shipping costs for authorized returns.
This warranty only applies to diffusers operated in the United States and Canada. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and, in the case of Canada, from province to province.
