If the product is defective or damaged, we will gladly accept your return and provide a replacement. We will cover all return shipping costs in the contiguous United States. Orders that are cancelled after they are shipped will be accountable for paying all shipping costs.

Please do not return your purchase without first speaking to Aera Customer Care to obtain an Authorization to Return number (ATR). Aera items returned without an ATR number will be returned to the sender.
