Ensure your diffuser is plugged in and powered on. Check the status of your local WiFi network to ensure your internet connection is online.
If you receive this message while your diffuser is plugged in and powered on, and you have confirmed your internet connection is online, unplug the diffuser from power for 10 minutes, and plug it back into power.
If you still receive this message when you plug your diffuser back in, reboot the diffuser and reconnect it in the app by following these steps:
1. Press and hold the “+” and “-” buttons on the top of your diffuser at the same time for 10 seconds, and release.
- All lights will blink once, signaling the start of the reboot.
- All lights will blink three more times, signaling the completion of the reboot.
2. Open the Aeraforhome app, and it should either begin configuration automatically, or you can go to Menu > My Aera and tap "+" to add the device.
Tip: To make sure you are not using cellular data, turn on Airplane mode and then turn on Wi-Fi.
