Force quit and re-open your mobile application by following these steps:
- Open your phone ‘Settings’ app.
- Scroll down and tap on ‘Application Manager.’
- Scroll down in the ‘Downloaded’ list and tap the AeraForHome app.
- Tap ‘Force Stop’ to fully close the application.
- Return to your home screen and re-open the AeraForHome App.
If you continue to experience this problem, try un-installing the application and re-installing the newest version from the GooglePlay store.

I have followed the instructions above. I am still unable to control the diffuser from my phone. I have other apps on my wifi (eg sonos) that are working just fine, so it is not an issue with my wifi. I also received an error from the Google Play store to say the app cannot be updated.
Any other suggestions?
