How do I reset my Aera Smart diffuser?

If you need to clear an error or re-sync your device with your WiFi network, and you have confirmed your internet connection is online, force-close the app and unplug the diffuser from power for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, plug it back into power, and re-open the app.

To perform a complete reset on your device, follow the below steps:

1. Press and hold the “+” and “-” buttons on the top of your diffuser at the same time for 10 seconds, and release.
   - All lights will blink once, signaling the start of the reboot. After 10 seconds, the lights will turn back on.
2. Open the Aeraforhome app, and it should either begin configuration automatically, or you can go to My Aera > “+ Add a Diffuser” to add the device.
