If you need to clear an error or re-sync your device with your WiFi network, and you have confirmed your internet connection is online, force-close the app and unplug the diffuser from power for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, plug it back into power, and re-open the app.
To perform a complete reset on your device, follow the below steps:
- Press and hold the “+” and “-” buttons on the top of your diffuser at the same time for 10 seconds, and release.
- All lights will blink once, signaling the start of the reboot.
- All lights will blink three more times, signaling the completion of the reboot.
- Open the Aeraforhome app, and it should either begin configuration automatically, or you can go to Menu > My Aera and tap "+" to add the device.
