If you have just completed the connection of your Aera, please wait 5-10 minutes for the app to fully sync and display your fragrance.
If the app does not update, close the AeraForHome app, eject & remove the capsule, and unplug your diffuser from power for 10 minutes. Plug your diffuser back into power and re-insert the capsule. Then, launch the AeraForHome app.
If the app does not update after plugging your diffuser back into power, reboot the diffuser and reconnect it to your WiFi network:
- Press and hold the “+” and “-” buttons on the top of your diffuser at the same time for 10 seconds, and release.
- All lights will blink once, signaling the start of the reboot.
- All lights will blink three more times, signaling the completion of the reboot.
2. Open the Aeraforhome app, navigate to Menu > My Aera and tap "+" to add the device.
