Ensure your schedules are active. From the Controls & Schedules screen, tap the “clock” icon in the top-right corner. Make sure your schedules are active by toggling each schedule so the dot is pointing to the right.
Ensure your diffuser is plugged in and powered on. Check the status of your local WiFi network to ensure your internet connection is online.
If you have verified your diffuser is plugged in and powered on, and you have confirmed your internet connection is online, force-stop the app and unplug the diffuser from power for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, plug it back into power, and re-open the app. Your device will return to its scheduled programming when the next scheduled event occurs.
