How does your referral program work?

Share Aera with a friend and you will earn points to use toward a future purchase! Your friend will receive a USD$50 discount for purchasing their first diffuser and capsule. The order's total must exceed $150. After your friend redeems the code and their order ships, your points will be added to your account. Your friend’s USD$50 credit can only be applied toward their first order of $150 or more, but your points can be used toward any order.

Can I stack my referral points? 

We are currently only able to accept 500 points per transaction. Referral points do not expire, however, so you will be able to use them up on subsequent orders.

Referral terms and conditions 

The Aera Referral Program offers users the opportunity to receive referral discounts on future Aera purchases by referring new customers to Aera. By participating in the Aera Referral Program, users agree to abide by these Referral Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. 

Referral Program: To participate, referrers ("Referrers") can visit https://www.aeraforhome.com/pages/refer-a-friend to register and refer friends, family members or colleagues who have never made a purchase from Aera by completing the online instructions and copy the Referral Link and sending it to friend(s) by text, social media or your personal email account (a "Referral"). 

Each new customer you refer who registers for the Aera Referral Program using your Referral Link will receive a promo code redeemable for a one-time $50 discount off their first Aera diffuser purchase made prior to the promo code's expiration date (a "Referral Discount Code"). For each Qualifying Purchase (as defined below) made using the Referral Discount Code, you'll also receive points redeemable for a one-time $50 discount off your next Aera purchase made prior to the promo code's expiration date (a "Referral Discount"). 

A "Qualifying Purchase" means a purchase made by a referred new customer using the Referral Discount Code. If a referred new customer makes a purchase using any other link or method, or returns all items purchased during the thirty (30) day period following the purchase date, the purchase will not count as a Qualifying Purchase and you will not earn Referral points. Only one Referral Discount can be earned for each referred new customer. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a referred new customer will not count as a Qualifying Purchase and you will not earn Referral points for those purchases. In addition, only one Referral Discount Code may be redeemed by a referred new customer. Therefore, if multiple Referrers have referred the same friend, only one Referrer will be entitled to receive Referral points and the friend will be eligible to redeem only one Referral Discount Code. The Referral points will be earned by the Referrer whose Referral Link was made to generate the Referral Discount Code that was redeemed in connection with a Qualifying Purchase. All other Referrals will automatically be invalidated. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If someone you referred made his or her first purchase using your Aera referral link and you didn’t receive store credit after 30 days, your referral might have been flagged as suspicious. Just shoot us an email—support@aeraforhome.com—and we'll sort it out for you. 

Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Aera Referral Program, Referrers must be at least 18 years old. Each referred friend must be new to Aera (can't already have an active or inactive Aera account), at least 18 years old, must register for the Aera Referral Program using the Referral Link, and make a Qualifying Purchase of $150+ using the Referral Discount Code prior to the expiration date. 

Referral Discounts: Referral Discounts may not be (i) combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions; (ii) sold or transferred; (iii) redeemed for cash; or (iv) or applied toward previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards.  

All Referral points and Referral Discounts are subject to verification. We reserve the right to delay issuance of Referral points or Referral Discounts for the purposes of investigation and confirmation of validity. We may also refuse to verify and process any transaction we deem, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these terms and conditions, or that we believe may impose potential liability on Aera, Prolitec Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.
