Ensure your Mini is plugged into power. Check the status of your local WiFi network to ensure your internet connection is online.
If you receive this message while your Mini is plugged in, and you have confirmed your internet connection is online, unplug the diffuser from power for 10 minutes, and plug it back into power.
If you still receive this message when you plug your diffuser back in, reboot the diffuser and reconnect it in the app by following these steps:
Press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons on your diffuser at the same time for 5 seconds, until the lights flash.
The lights will flash 3 more times, and turn back on.
Open the AeraForHome app, and tap “+ Add a Diffuser” to reconnect Mini.
Tip: To make sure you are not using cellular data, turn on Airplane mode and then turn on Wi-Fi.
