Ensure your schedules are active. From the My Aera screen, tap the name of the Mini, and navigate to Schedules. The toggle button will point to the right of any active schedule.
Ensure your Mini is plugged into power. Check the status of your local WiFi network to ensure your internet connection is online.
If you have verified your Mini is plugged in, and you have confirmed your internet connection is online, force-stop the app and unplug Mini from power for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, plug it back into power, and re-open the app. Your Mini will return to its scheduled programming when the next scheduled event occurs.
