Force quit and re-open your app by following these steps:
Open your phone's Settings.
Scroll down and tap Apps.
Locate and select the AeraForHome app.
Tap ‘Force Stop’ to fully close the application.
Return to your home screen and re-open the AeraForHome App.
If you continue to experience this problem, try un-installing the application and re-installing the newest version from the GooglePlay store.
