Ensure your schedules are active. From the My Aera screen, tap the name of the diffuser, and navigate to Schedules. The toggle button will display the status of your schedules, and make sure that they are active.
Ensure your diffuser is plugged in and powered on. Check the status of your local WiFi network to ensure your internet connection is online.
If you have verified your diffuser is plugged in and powered on, and you have confirmed your internet connection is online, force-stop the app and unplug the diffuser from power for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, plug it back into power, and re-open the app. Your device will return to its scheduled programming when the next scheduled event occurs.
