Aera will only emit a signal for a few minutes after powering on. If you are setting up your device, and do not see the Aera’s WiFi signal in your mobile device’s settings, reboot your diffuser by following these steps:
- Press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons on your diffuser at the same time for 10 seconds, and release.
All lights will flash, then after 10 seconds, they will turn back on & continue scenting.
- Unplug your diffuser for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
Open your AeraForHome app, and follow the on-screen instructions to add your device.
